Meet Shamila

Shamila is a warm and curious therapist, who aims to create a judgement-free space where all clients can feel their most comfortable.

She has worked in various settings, including university clinics, gambling clinics, disability services, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, private psychiatric hospitals, employee assistance programs, private practice and public health services. In addition to her work at MyLife Psychologists, Shamila also works in community mental health services specialising in drug and alcohol support.

Shamila is always up for trying new hobbies. Some current favourites are dog-spotting on leisurely walks, reading a good book and enjoying good podcasts.
