About Tal

Life Psychologists in 2010 and has grown it into a reputable and trusted psychology practice with consultation rooms in Sydney's CBD and Alexandria. Her qualifications include seven years of university training: a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Psychology from Macquarie University, and a Masters of Clinical Psychology Degree, with 1st Class Honours, from the University of New South Wales.

With over 15 years of professional experience Tal has enjoyed helping individuals and couples in a wide variety of settings. She underwent her training at the Anxiety Disorders Unit at Westmead Hospital, the Department of Neuropsychology at Royal North Shore Hospital and the Mental Health Service in Sydney's Northern Beaches. She then worked at the Community Mental Health team at St Vincent's Hospital including their inpatient psychiatric unit. Following this she worked for many years in a large private practice in Sydney as a senior clinical psychologist, supervisor and manager of experienced therapists.

Tal sees adults and couples at our Sydney CBD and Alexandria consultation rooms. Her work in the public and private health systems has provided her with experience in the assessment and treatment of adults experiencing a wide range of issues including mood and anxiety disorders, antenatal and postnatal adjustment difficulties, emotion regulation problems and relationship difficulties.

In addition to treating clients Tal provides supervision to myLife's clinical staff as well as consultation to media and external agencies.
