Raelene Hartman

Raelene has over 28 years of experience in helping adults with a wide range of psychological presentations. She’s worked in inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and workplace settings. She’s worked extensively with adults with trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, stress related conditions and personality disorders.

Over her career Raelene has held senior positions providing mental health advice and clinical support to employees and workplaces, and her roles have included Manager Staff Support Programs with NSW Corrective Services, Manager Organisational Advisory Services with Benestar and Chief Psychologist with NSW Ambulance. Raelene also lived and worked in Singapore contributing to national mental health promotion as the Deputy Director of the Centre of Excellence for Health Mind at the Singapore Health Promotion Board. She trained at Sydney University, completing a 4-year undergraduate Science degree and a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology, and she has also completed a Master of Business Administration.
