About Ellise

Ellise works with openness and empathy to build a safe therapy environment with her clients, including children, adolescents and adults. Ellise is passionate about building an alliance with clients and pairs this collaborative relationship with skills and tools to help enact positive change.

She also incorporates other therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of the client and often focuses on building secure attachments and relationships. Ellise is passionate about working with children and adults who experience various types of anxiety, stress, behavioural problems, mood disorders, personality issues, and emotional dysregulation and also has experience supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.
