When you’re in need of psychological support, finding the right clinician is essential. At My Life Psychologists, our talented team of experts serves people throughout Erskineville and surrounding areas. By focusing on evidence-based therapies, we’re able to provide our patients with services that help them achieve a greater sense of wellbeing.
When you seek therapy with us, your psychologist will tailor a plan to your requirements. This process begins at your first appointment, where you’ll have a chance to tell your clinician what you’re hoping to get from your treatment. Throughout your sessions with us, we’ll continue to review your progress. When it’s necessary to do so, we’ll adjust your plan.
Regardless of why you’re seeking therapy, you’ll benefit from an empathetic and compassionate experience. We aim to help our patients establish a therapeutic relationship that’s always beneficial. Our team holds an impressive selection of qualifications, ranging from masters degrees to doctorates in clinical psychology. In addition to using therapies that have withstood the test of time, we provide niche treatments such as EDMR. No matter which one you use, you’ll have a patient-focused experience when you choose us.
