Meet Rachel

Rachel is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals lead happier more fulfilling lives. With a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Rachel creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to navigate the challenges they face.

Rachel has a strong focus on client centred care and engages a holistic approach to benefit individuals’ overall health and wellbeing. At the heart of her practice is a focus on evidence-based approaches, which she combines with a deep understanding of each person’s unique needs and experiences. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or any other life challenge, Rachel will work with you in a collaborative manner to find the best path forward.

Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, Rachel will create a customised treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and personal goals. Rachel enjoys working closely with clients to maximise their engagement and enjoyment in meaningful activities and interpersonal relationships. With a commitment to helping you understand your thoughts and behaviours, Rachel will empower you to make positive changes that last.

Availability

Rachel sees adults and adolescents aged 16+ at our Alexandria consultation rooms on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and online via video on Mondays and Fridays.
