Meet Nia

Nia trained and worked as a senior clinical psychologist in the United Kingdom, and she has recently made Sydney her home. Nia enjoys working with people with a wide range of presenting difficulties including anxiety, low mood, emotion dysregulation and trauma. She has experience utilising a variety of evidence-based interventions, for individuals and group therapy. Nia’s experience includes working in community as well as inpatient settings with people adjusting to life changes such as brain injury.

Nia is committed to creating a safe and compassionate environment for clients to feel heard and supported on their journey to improved wellbeing. She is passionate about working with people to guide an understanding of their difficulties and learn new skills to manage adversity.

Availability

Nia sees adults and older adolescents (16+) at our Alexandria consulting rooms and online via video on Mondays and Tuesdays, including after-hours appointments.
