Meet Natasha

Natasha is a warm and compassionate therapist who is committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood and empowered. She tailors treatment to each individual’s needs and goals, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

Currently completing her PhD at UNSW, Natasha brings both academic expertise and clinical experience to her work. She has provided assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings, including youth and adult public health services and university mental health clinics.

Natasha works with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, low mood and depression, stress, and adjustment difficulties. She is passionate about helping people to better understand themselves, develop practical skills, and create lasting changes that support their wellbeing. Her approach combines structured strategies with reflective exploration, supporting clients to recognise patterns, build resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling life aligned with their values.

Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys gardening, spending time in nature, and connecting with friends and family.
