Meet Michela
Michela takes a collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrates techniques from other modalities to offer flexible, individualised care.
She has experience conducting psychological assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and neurodevelopmental concerns. Michela has worked in youth mental health and community-based settings, including Headspace and the NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS), where she supported clients across different life stages and circumstances.
Clients appreciate Michela’s calm, empathetic nature and her ability to foster a sense of trust and comfort. She’s passionate about supporting individuals to navigate life’s challenges and enhance their mental health.
