Grace Kouvelis
Clinical Psychologist
Meet Grace
Grace is a compassionate and warm therapist who has a particular interest in supporting clients with life transitions and through stressful life events. She is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals presenting with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, cultural conflict, relationship concerns (including LGBTQIA+ relationships), physical health conditions (including psychological care in cancer), and identity exploration. She creates a safe space to explore and unpack presenting concerns and aims to work towards meaningful and fulfilling goals, specific to the individual.
Grace has experience in providing evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy in university psychology clinics, a therapeutic service for young adults, and a private practice that focuses on supporting autistic individuals. She has also worked with cancer patients to help manage their mental health and well-being at the Melanoma Institute of Australia and with NSW public health cancer therapy services. In addition to her work at MyLife, Grace also works within the oncology space via digital technology to increase accessibility of care and support for individuals with cancer Australia wide.
Grace loves to travel and experience different cultures across the world and would love to learn another language. She starts each day with coffee and enjoys spending time with animals.
