About Grace

About Grace

Grace is a compassionate and warm therapist who has a particular interest in supporting clients with life transitions and cultural conflict. She is passionate about working collaboratively with young people and adults with various presenting challenges, such as anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. Grace also has an interest in assisting clients with identity exploration and associated difficulties.

Grace has experience in university psychology clinics, a therapeutic service for young adults, and a private practice that focuses on supporting clients across the lifespan with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other related social, emotional and behavioural challenges. Grace uses evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In her approach, she is passionate about working closely with clients in identifying and working toward their goals.

Grace completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and English) and Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology degree from Macquarie University. Grace’s research through her Master of Clinical Psychology degree was within the psycho-oncology field, focusing on the impact of how previous interpersonal trauma can impact how individuals, with or without a history of cancer, self-identify.

Grace sees adolescents and adults at our Alexandria consultation rooms.
