Meet Bianca
Bianca is a warm, authentic, and curious psychologist who brings a collaborative and compassionate approach to her work. She believes in the importance of deeply listening to her clients, ensuring their voices are central in the development of their treatment plans. By exploring her clients’ needs holistically, Bianca tailors a personalised, client-centred approach to help them achieve their goals. She feels privileged to be part of her clients’ mental health journey and takes pride in celebrating their progress, big or small.
Bianca has experience providing psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions to adolescents and adults across a range of settings, including private practice, public health, university clinics, and acute mental health teams. She has facilitated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group programs in a private hospital setting, and has also supported individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship issues, neurodiversity (ASD and ADHD), PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and attachment-related concerns.
In her personal time, Bianca enjoys staying active by going to the gym, walking her dog, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She loves spending time with her family and friends and is always excited to try new experiences.
